I believe in first sight and I know many people that felt in this way of loving someone. In my opinion, when you want to meet someone at first you look at his or her face then you go-ahead, it means at first you accept the person’s face and appearance and you accept him or her then you make your decision to meet. However, you find a good person with a perfect attitude and behavior, but you don't like its appearance, it fades your decision to meet the person. When you see someone for the first time certainly you don't know about his or her conscience or mind, so you can accept the face for the first time and then you will understand about the conscience or mind.
