Since July 2019, there has been an important update on language proficiency requirements of becoming an immigration consultant. ICCRC recognizes the following tests as of the language ability assessments: IELTS - Academic, CanTest, CELPIP - General, CAEL in English and TEF, TEF Canada, and SEL in French. The more popular assessments are IELTS Academic, and CELPIP General. To become an immigration consultant, it is required to present your English assessments results which are not older than 2 years.
